
In the first message of our series on the eldership we looked at the reasons for appointing elders in the church and we saw, above all that this system of church government is divinely ordained in the Scriptures.
But the question then arises who should these elders be? What sort of people should they be?
Thankfully the Bible gives us clear guidance on the sort of people who should be appointed to the eldership.

- Begin noting down on a private list, people you believe fulfil the Biblical qualifications and qualities of an elder.
